Ingredients
1 lb well-drained cooked turkey breast or ground turkey
1 cup mashed potato (no skin)
1 egg
¾–1 cup white rice flour (add slowly until dough forms)
Instructions
Blend turkey, mashed potato and egg into a smooth paste.
Add rice flour gradually until a workable dough forms.
Roll to ½ inch thickness.
Cut into nuggets or squares.
Bake at 325°F for 25–30 minutes.
Reduce oven to 200°F and dry for 60+ minutes.
